Are you a manufacturer and what products do you provide?
We are a manufacturer focusing on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFU (Fan Filter Units), pass boxes, dispensing booths, laminar air flow hoods, AHUs, and hermetic doors & windows.
What is the standard lead time for orders?
For cleanroom projects including AHU, the lead time is approximately 35 days. For standard goods without AHU, the lead time is approximately 10 days.
What kind of warranty and after-sales service is offered?
We provide a 2-year warranty from project completion. During this period, we offer replacement for any problematic components and can provide engineering support for complex issues.
Can you provide cleanroom validation documentation?
Yes, we provide a complete set of documentation including DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, FAT, and SAT, along with operation manuals, maintenance guidance, and full cleanroom drawings.
