We are a manufacturer. We focus on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFU, pass boxes, dispensing booths, laminar air flow hoods and benches, AHU, and hermetic doors & windows.
QWhat is the typical lead time for orders?
For cleanroom projects including AHU, the lead time is approximately 35 days. For standard goods without AHU, the lead time is around 10 days.
QWhat is the warranty period for your products?
Our warranty is 2 years from the date of project completion. During the warranty period, we will replace any parts that have problems. If issues cannot be handled remotely, we provide engineering support.
QDo you provide cleanroom validation documentation?
Yes, we can provide documentary support for DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ, as well as FAT & SAT. We also provide product operation manuals, maintenance guidance, and complete sets of cleanroom drawings.
