What is MiC?
MiC (Modular Integrated Construction) is an innovative construction method. By using MiC, the building is substantially completed off-site. This can reduce on-site construction processes and enhance site safety, hence achieving higher productivity.
🚀 1. Free-standing integrated modules manufactured in a factory.
🚚 2. Modules transported to construction site.
🏗️ 3. Modules installed to form a building.
Our Modular Integrated Construction system can be built up to 40 stories. It is ideal for schools, apartments, hospitals, dormitories, and office buildings.
1. Steel MiC
Formed of structural steel members as the main frame and RC slab as the floor system. Designed to fulfill serviceability and ultimate limit states.
⏱️ Cycle: 10-15 days per unit.
2. Concrete MiC
Annual capacity up to 180,000 sqm. Features 10 production lines including automatic steel processing and QSPSC certificated laboratories.
⚡ Tech: Mobile distribution & sewage treatment.
3. Aluminum MiC
Each module uses aluminum structural members for the frame, interior decoration, and exterior claddings.
⏱️ Cycle: 10 days per unit. 📊 Height: ≤ 4-storey mobile houses.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What are the main benefits of using MiC?
Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) reduces on-site labor, shortens construction timeframes, enhances safety, and ensures higher quality control by manufacturing components in a factory setting.
2. How high can these modular buildings go?
Our Steel MiC system is capable of reaching heights of up to 40 stories, making it suitable for high-rise residential and commercial applications.
3. What is the typical production time?
Depending on the material, production cycles range from 10 days for Aluminum MiC units to 10-15 days for Steel MiC units.
4. Are the modular units customizable?
Yes, we offer three different structural systems (Steel, Concrete, and Aluminum) that can be fully customized to meet specific project demands and architectural designs.
5. Can modular construction withstand extreme weather?
Absolutely. Our modules are designed for high wind resistance (Typhoon level) and earthquake resistance (M6), ensuring durability and safety in various climates.
6. For what types of buildings is MiC suitable?
MiC is versatile and can be used for schools, apartments, hospitals, student dormitories, high-rise offices, and small-scale mobile residential spaces.
