The K house is a modular building designed with a steel structure frame and sandwich panels. It is widely recognized as the most economic design for construction sites, oil sites, and mining projects. It serves effectively as worker quarters, soldier camps, student dormitories, and disaster relief housing.
These units come in parts and are installed on-site based on a cement foundation. All steel parts are pre-welded and painted. Assembly is achieved via bolts, screws, and rivets, allowing 6 workers to build approximately 100sqm in a single day.
