The project uses modular prefabricated unit installation, where building components are prefabricated in the factory and assembled on-site. This significantly improves construction efficiency and quality control. The steel frame structure ensures excellent seismic performance and adaptability to diverse needs.

BIM Technology Application: The project team utilized BIM modeling for precise planning. In just 11 days, BIM and CAD were used to layout custom-made steel molds, leading to significant time savings. During construction, the team completed the modular lifting of 180 units in just one month.
