The K house is designed and manufactured with a steel structure frame and sandwich panels assembled together with doors and windows. It is the most economic design commonly used in construction sites, oil sites, and mining sites as workers' quarters. It is also utilized for soldier camps, government projects, and school projects.

The design is durable and easy to set up. All parts are fabricated according to design requirements. Assembly structures are connected by bolts, and panels are applied according to channel grooves, attached together by screws and rivets.

The main steel structure is made from "C" section steel, with EPS/IEPS/Glass wool sandwich panels for wall and roof. 6 workers can build 100sqm in one day! These buildings can be configured as 1-floor, 2-floors, or 3-floors structures.
