It typically takes 4 workers and approximately 2 hours to complete the installation of 1 unit.
What tools are required for installation?
You will need a crane, hand saw, hand drill, hexagonal screwdriver, rubber hammer, utility knife, hole saw, non-slip gloves, glass glue gun, tape measure, spirit level, and a ladder.
Does the container house require a foundation?
If the land is stable and will not subside, there is basically no need for a foundation. We provide complete foundation drawings and guidance based on your specific geological conditions.
How is the container house insulated?
The wall panels are made of 50mm rock wool sandwich panels. These can be upgraded to 75mm or 100mm thickness for extreme hot or cold climates.
Can the colors and sizes be customized?
Yes, we accept color customization based on color card numbers. While the standard size is 2500*5800*2390mm, the maximum size can reach up to 4m*8m with reinforced wind-resistant columns.
How do you ensure the quality of the product?
Every step of production is checked by quality inspectors. We measure material thickness with vernier calipers and verify the paint surface condition before packing. Photos and videos are provided to customers for confirmation before delivery.
