XPE XLPE IXPE cross-linked foaming machine production line consists of a granulation system, a mixed ingredient conveying system, a sheet extruder, a gas heating Horizontal foaming furnace and a winding auxiliary machine. This foaming production line is designed and manufactured according to the XPE production process, specializing in the production of XPE products.
This foaming furnace is a horizontal furnace, which mainly produces chemically cross-linked polyethylene foamed products. It has the advantages of large output, uniform width and thickness of products, high efficiency, convenient maintenance and stable production. The equipment includes an unwinder, a 22m horizontal furnace, a combustion unit, a 5-roller cooling machine at the furnace mouth, a correction machine, a trimming machine, a sheet traction machine, and a double-station winder.
Detailed Production Process
1. Granulation Unit: Adopts a 75L internal mixer and 150# single screw extruder. The internal mixer chamber features fast electric heating and excellent heat preservation. PLC integrated control realizes constant temperature and automatic banburying.
2. Master Sheet Extruder: Usually uses 150# or 160# single screw extruder. Sheet width ranges from 500-900mm with thickness of 0.5-5mm. Surface is smooth and output is uniform.
3. Automatic Mixer: A human-computer interaction system with formula storage, automatic feeding, and weighing functions. Applicable for liquid, powder, pellets, and blocks with zero residue and easy cleaning.
4. Horizontal Foaming Furnace: Utilizes gas heating for chemical cross-linking. Supports 5-40 times foaming ratio with output up to 250-300kg/h.
